MouleTec is the brand name and registered trademark of Seating Design & Development Limited (SDD). SDD was formed in 2003 for the specific purpose of developing the MouleTec seating concept. The R&D team have wide design and development experience in the automotive, aerospace, rail, medical and military vehicle sectors worldwide. The MouleTec Concept has been developed in association with Birmingham University, Loughborough University, the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and The Centre for Healthcare Innovation and Development (CHID). SDD has earned a Berlin Cert from the Institute for Testing Medical Devices Mouletec cushions have won key awards for innovation including a gold in the 2007 British Invention Show.
